I purchased this for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day, and shipping was projected for 5-8 days, but ended up taking a little over two weeks due to supply issues. Danny promised me that I would receive it well before Valentine's Day despite these issues, and he was correct. He also offered me an alternative form of communication when their email was down and provided the tracking number. I am impressed with the print quality and, of course, the gorgeous painting. I am very impressed with Printano's customer service.
